Zotac shows off mitx motherboard with D2700-Atom at CES
Zotac showed its latest motherboard in mini-itx format at CES in Las Vegas. The compact motherboard is based on Intel’s D2700-Atom and is bundled with an onboard Nvidia GeForce GT 520 video card.
The 17 by 17 centimeter board received the dual-core Atom D2700, which is clocked at 2.13 GHz, centrally mounted. Two memory slots for SO-DIMMs or laptop memory modules are provided, as is a PCI Express slot that is x16 in length, but electrically only x1. In a mini-Pci-Express slot is a WiFi module whose antennas lead to the I/O panel.
There are six USB ports, two of which are USB 3.0, as well as a DVI, HDMI and display port. There are also audio outputs, a gigabit network port and a PS/2 connection. The board also has two sata-300 ports and an msata connector. The integrated GT 520 video card has 512MB of memory. A price has not yet been announced.
