YouTube Shortcuts You Must Know
In this article, we are going to tell you some shortcut keys that are very useful for every Youtube user.
- spacebar: Stop and resume playing a video.
- f: Enter and exit full-screen mode.
- Right arrow and left arrow: Fast forward and rewind the video by 5 seconds.
- Up arrow and down arrow: Increase or decrease the volume in full-screen mode.
- 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9: Forward the video to a certain percentage.
- C: Activate the subtitles of the content.
- Home and End keys: Navigate directly to the beginning or end of the video.
- Shift + P: Access the saved playlists directly.
- Shift + N: Go back to the previous video from a playlist we have loaded.
- tab: Access the controls of the playback bar without using the mouse.
- M: Activate or deactivate the sound of the video being played.
- (+) Key – Increase the font size of the subtitle.
- (-) Key – Decrease the font size of the subtitle.
- B – Change CC’s background color.
- (>) Key – Increase the video playback speed
- (<) Key – Decrease the video playback speed.
- (/) Key – Place the text cursor directly in the search field.
- (,) Comma – Go back one frame when a video is paused
- † (point) – Advance one frame when a video is paused.
