Epic Games has not allowed any grass to grow: the exclusivity period for the Samsung Note 9 seems to have passed since today, because there are already slowly but surely sent invites for the Fortnite Battle Royale beta for other Android -devices. If you want to get started quickly it is therefore worth to register via the Epic Games website, but then you obviously need a device that Fortnite is running on. Also remember that the game will soon not be available through Google Play, if you have not already heard about it from Google .
On these devices you can already play the beta:
- Samsung Galaxy:
- Google:
- Pixel / Pixel XL

Not on the map
If your phone is not on the list at all, there is still hope. If you have a device that meets the following specifications, Fortnite Battle Royale could still run:
- OS: 64 bit Android, 5.0 or higher
- RAM: 3GB or more
- GPU: Adreno 530 or better, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or better
If your phone does not meet that specifications is a pity but unfortunately: Fortnite will not work on your device. Then there’s no other option than to play the free game somewhere else, or to arrange an upgrade for your phone.
