Yoshi Game For Nintendo Switch Has Been Delayed To 2019

Nintendo has postponed the release date of the Yoshi game for Nintendo Switch, announced at E3 in 2017, to sometime in 2019. An exact new release date has not yet been announced.

Nintendo has changed the release date on the UK official Nintendo page of the Yoshi game to 2019. Originally, the release of the game with the green dinosaur, for which no official title has been announced yet, was planned for sometime in 2018. During the Last E3 trade show in Los Angeles, the Yoshi game was missing from Nintendo’s presentations.

Reggie Fils-Aimé, the president of Nintendo America, made it clear during an interview from the E3 show floor, according to Polygon, that the Yoshi game is still in development and that great progress is being made. Game website Kotaku spoke to Nintendo America’s marketing director; he said that updates on the game will be provided later this year.
