Xiaomi’s HyperCharge supports 200W fast charging and 120W wireless charger
Xiaomi has introduced two new charging techniques with HyperCharge that can charge with a USB-C charger with up to 200W and via a wireless charger with 120W. With the fixed connection, a 4000mAh battery can be charged within eight minutes, Xiaomi claims.

In addition to the wired charger, Xiaomi is showing the wireless HyperCharge charger. Xiaomi does not report whether it is a Qi charger, only that the charger has a power of 120W. Here too Xiaomi shows a modified Mi 11 Pro with a 4000mAh battery and a stated battery capacity of 2 percent. After 1 minute 15 seconds, the smartphone indicates ten percent battery capacity. Charging up to fifty percent takes seven minutes, a full charge takes a total of 15 minutes.
The Mi 11 Pro comes standard with a 5000mAh battery that can be charged with both wired and wireless chargers with a maximum of 67W. According to Xiaomi, the wired charger takes 36 minutes to fully charge the smartphone, with wireless charging it takes an extra three minutes. It is not known when Xiaomi wants to sell smartphones with the HyperCharge charging technology.
