Xiaomi will not release Mi 10 Ultra smartphone with 120W charging in Europe

Xiaomi is not releasing its Mi 10 Ultra and Redmi K30 Ultra outside of China either. The manufacturer has announced this. The Mi 10 Ultra is also the first Xiaomi phone to have a screen from the Chinese manufacturer TCL.

The phones will also not be released later under the Poco brand name, GSMArena writes based on information from Xiaomi. Other phones in the Mi 10 series did come out in the Benelux and the Redmi K30 Pro eventually came out as Poco F2 Pro.

The Mi 10 Ultra is the first smartphone from Xiaomi with a TCL screen, the manufacturer says on Weibo. TCL also makes telephones under its own name, but had not yet used this screen. It is a 6.7 “OLED panel with an FHD + resolution. The refresh rate is 120Hz, the peak brightness reaches 1120cd / m². The phone is further notable for the highest charging speed on a phone so far: 120W. Wireless charging is possible. with a maximum of 50W.

Xiaomi presented the phones on Tuesday. Xiaomi will release the Mi 10 Ultra in China next week for prices starting from 5299 yuan. Converted that is about 648 euros. The Redmi K30 Ultra costs 1999 yuan, currently around 245 euros.
