Xiaomi presents Mi Band 4 on June 11
Chinese tech company Xiaomi will introduce its new activity tracker, the Mi Band 4, on June 11. The gadget will be unveiled at an event in China. It is not yet known when the Mi Band 4 will come to the Benelux.
Many details about the successor to the Mi Band 3 are still unknown. A teaser on Weibo does hint at an OLED color screen. If that’s true, then the new activity tracker will probably be slightly more expensive than the Mi Band 3, which has a suggested retail price of about 30 euros. The Mi Band 3 came on the market exactly one year ago.

The new Mi Band is also expected to have a heart rate monitor and a waterproof design. The device may appear in two variants, a model without and with NFC technology for contactless payment. Other specs that are being speculated are bluetooth 5.0 and a larger battery of 135mAh.
The Mi Band 3 is very popular due to its relatively low price. Partly because of this gadget, Xiaomi has been the largest manufacturer of wearables in the world since the end of last year.
