Xiaomi mentions first details Redmi K70 phones

Xiaomi has mentioned the first details for its most expensive Redmi phones, the K series. The manufacturer will hold its own event next week to announce the K70E, K70 and K70 Pro.

The K70E and K70 get a Dimensity 8300 SoC from MediaTek, while the K70 Pro gets a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 from Qualcomm. reports the manufacturer. The K70E also has a 5500mAh battery, slightly larger than the 5000mAh batteries in many other phones. Charging can be wired with 90W. The screen is said to have a maximum brightness of 1800 candela per square meter.

Xiaomi says less about the K70 and K70 Pro for the time being. The full announcement will follow on November 29. That’s next Wednesday. The phones will probably initially only be released in China. Many Redmi K phones will be released in Europe at a later date, often under a different name, although this does not always happen with all models.
