Xiaomi introduces Mi Mix Alpha smartphone with ‘continuous screen’ September 24
Xiaomi will announce the Mi Mix Alpha on September 24. The manufacturer posted several teasers on the Chinese social network Weibo this week. The smartphone will have a screen that extends to the back of the smartphone.
Xiaomi posted a photo of the Mi Mix Alpha on Weibo between a bunch of books. The image indicates that the new Mix phone will have a screen that curves over the sides of the device. It is possible that the Mi Mix Alpha is a foldable phone, but a continuous screen seems more plausible.
The phone is likely to succeed the current Mi Mix 3. It is still unclear whether there will be a Mi Mix 4 with a normal screen. Little is known about the specifications of the Mi Mix Alpha, but the device will probably contain a Snapdragon 855 Plus. Xiaomi also announces that the device will receive support for 5G. Reportedly, the Mi Mix Alpha will also have a camera with a resolution of 108 megapixels.
Xiaomi is also expected to release a successor to the Mi 9 with 5G support during the event on September 24. in addition let Xiaomi know that it will announce the Redmi 8A with a battery of 5000mAh on September 25 in India .
