WinFuture shares all alleged specs Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, Plus and Ultra
All specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S8, S8+ and S8 Ultra may have appeared online. It concerns three tablets of 11, 12.7 and 14.6 inches respectively, all with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1-soc, 120Hz refresh rate and possibly 5G support.
According to the German news site WinFuture only the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra gets a notch in the screen, in which case two 12-megapixel cameras are processed. The regular S8 and the Plus variant both have one selfie camera with the same resolution, processed in the bezel. It is the first time that Samsung is releasing an Ultra variant in the Tab series, although it has been suggested for some time. The new series of tablets is expected to be unveiled on February 8.
The two smallest S8 versions are very similar in appearance to the predecessors, the Galaxy Tab S7 and S7+ from 2020. The alleged dimensions, battery capacity and storage and memory configurations are also almost identical. However, the option with 6GB of ram would expire. According to WinFuture, the regular Tab S8 also retains the same TFT screen technology, while the Plus and Ultra get an OLED screen. The memory of all versions could possibly be expanded with a microSD card. Finally, all tablets would come with an S Pen stylus.
