Warhammer – Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground is coming May 27 for consoles and PC
Focus Home Interactive will release Warhammer – Age of sigmar: Storm Ground on May 27. The turn-based strategy game has a single player campaign and can be played against others online.
Storm Ground is based on Games Workshop’s Age of Sigmar. That’s the latest version of the Warhammer tabletop game. Players can choose from three factions: the Stormcast, the Nighthaunt, and the Maggotkin. The strategy game also features cards, which players collect in each battle and give access to new units, skills, weapons and equipment for the armies.
Warhammer – Age of Sigmar: Storm Ground was developed by Canada’s Gasket Games. The game will be released for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. The game also works on the Xbox Series X and S and the PlayStation 5, but has no improvements for those consoles. The PC version is on Steam for 40 euros and is temporarily available with a discount. The console versions cost 40 euros.
Last year it was announced that Frontier Developments, creator of Elite Dangerous, Planet Coaster and Planet Zoo, is also working on an Age of Sigmar game. That game should be released sometime between April 2022 and May 2023.
