VR game Moss: Book II will be released for Meta Quest 2 on July 21
Moss: Book II will be released for the Meta Quest 2 on July 21. The game was released in late March for Sony’s PlayStation VR headset. Whether the game with mouse Quill in the lead role will also come to Steam, just like the first part, is not yet known.
In April, Meta already reported that Moss: Book II is coming to Quest 2, but a date was not yet known. Developer Polyarc has Thursday during the Upload VR Showcase announced that Quest 2 owners will be able to get started with the game starting July 21. It is not yet clear what the price will be. The PSVR version costs 40 euros at the time of writing.
Moss: Book II was announced last year and was released for PlayStation VR at the end of March this year. It is a puzzle platformer where players control the mouse Quill. Players look down on the game world and can influence the environment with their hands and control the main character and give commands.
Compared to the first part, the sequel has new game mechanics, enemies and weapons. Quill has also been given new possibilities. The first part was released in 2018 and has been released for the Quest, PSVR and on Steam. No PC version has yet been announced for Moss: Book II.
