Ubisoft’s Escape the Lost Pyramid, an escape room in a VR environment, is playable in VR World in Breda. The VR game is based on Assassin’s Creed Origins from 2017. There will also be a version based on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey early next year.

Ubisoft has developed the VR Escape Room Experience especially for virtual reality halls. The first version is now available at various locations worldwide and in the Benelux, VR World in Breda is the only hall currently offering the game.

The game can be played with teams of two or four people. Participants must work together to solve puzzles and be the first to escape from the environment. Players are placed in separate rooms. According to VR World, Ubisoft aims to release a new Virtual Reality Escape every six months.

Like the game Assassin’s Creed Origins, Escape the Lost Pyramid is set in ancient Egypt. Meanwhile, Ubisoft is also working on a version based on Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, set in ancient Greece. At the beginning of 2019, this VR escape room will also be available in Breda.
