Vodafone increases data limit Red subscription from 1GB to 2GB
Vodafone will double the data bundle of its Red subscription from 1GB to 2GB. That’s what the provider says. The increase in the data limit applies to existing subscribers as well as to people who take out a subscription starting next week.
According to Vodafone, the extension of the data limit is intended to ensure that people can also use the internet ‘carefree’ in addition to ‘carefree’ calling and texting with a Red subscription, says spokeswoman Geeke van der Sluis. “In the countries where Red has been introduced, we see that customers are starting to use significantly more data. To respond to this and future use, we offer them a larger data bundle, so that Red also keeps the promise of ‘carefree’ when it comes to internet use. to fulfil.”
Current and new subscribers will receive the 2GB data bundle from June 3. Telecom comparator came earlier with the rumor that Vodafone would expand the data bundles. It is not yet clear whether anything will happen to the other subscriptions. The cheaper Red Essential now has a 500MB bundle, while Red Super has a 4GB limit.
