VisionOS 2 for Apple Vision Pro can make photos 3D

Apple has announced visionOS 2 for the Apple Vision Pro headset. The new version includes a Photos app that can convert 2D photos that are already in users' libraries into 3D. There will also be foveated rendering from the Mac for displaying a Mac screen.

In addition, developers can work on more ways to create depth in apps or create games that work on a tabletop. Apple will also collaborate with Blackmagic Design, known for Da Vinci. Apple said nothing about sales of the Vision Pro. The Vision Pro will soon be released in eight new countries. This is happening in Germany and France, among others, and will happen from July 12.
