Update for kung fu game Sifu adds replay editor
Developer Slo Clap released a free update for its kung fu game Sifu on Thursday. The update adds a replay editor. Four new cheats and three new modifiers have also been made available.
Thursday has Slo Clap a trailer of the Fall Update published, which shows more of the replay editor. The editor can be found within the photo mode. The replay editor allows players to add certain effects to their battle recordings as desired, such as slow motion or speed-ups. They can also move the camera and control camera movements.
The update also adds four cheats and three modifiers. One of the cheats, Free Throw, allows the player to continually throw their opponents. Furthermore, three new outfits are available, one of which is only available in the Deluxe version of the game, and several bugs have been fixed.
Sifu was released on February 22, 2022 for PlayStation consoles, the Nintendo Switch and for PC via the Epic Games Store. It is an action game with a third-person perspective and players take on the role of a young kung fu student, who seeks revenge for the murder of his family. Slo Clap previously worked on Absolver, a 2017 fighting game.
