Ubisoft has announced which new games will be released in this fiscal year. These include Far Cry 5, The Crew 2, a new Assassin’s Creed game and the previously delayed South Park: The Fractured but Whole.

Ubisoft has not yet announced details about the new games. From Far Cry 5 and racing game The Crew 2 shows the publisher logos on Twitter and forums have also been created for those games. The Assassin’s Creed account on Twitter shows a teaser in which state “A New Era Beginning”.

The announcement coincides with the presentation of Ubisoft’s financial figures. The games mentioned will be released sometime between now and March 2018 if all goes according to plan. Ubisoft will probably give presentations of the games during the E3 game fair that takes place in June, so it may be clearer when the new games appear.

Although Ubisoft has not yet announced the name of the new Assassin’s Creed game, it has already been leaked that it will be called Origins and set in Egypt. It would be a prequel. The information about the game was leaked via Reddit and Eurogamer sources confirmed its authenticity.

Among the new games, Ubisoft also mentions South Park: The Fractured but Whole. That game was originally supposed to be released in late 2016, but was delayed twice. In February, Ubisoft announced that the game will be released in fiscal year 2017-2018, without specifying a date. Even now, the publisher does not clarify when the new South Park game will be released.
