Tropical adventure game Tchia for PlayStation and PC has been delayed to 2023
Indie game Tchia has been delayed to early 2023. The tropical adventure game was supposed to be released in the spring of this year, but the team needs extra time to finish the game. The game is coming to the PlayStation 4 and 5 and to the PC.
The makers describe Tchia as an ‘adventure game based on the laws of physics’, set in an area inspired by New Caledonia. The culture of the archipelago in the Pacific Ocean is also part of the game.
Tchia was announced at The Game Awards in December last year. At the time, there was still talk of a spring 2022 release. That will now be early 2023, writes developer Awaceb. News of the delay is accompanied by the release of a new trailer.
On the official website it says that the PC version to the Epic Games Store coming. However, there is also one Steam page of the game. It is not yet known whether the game will be available immediately upon release on Valve’s gaming platform.
