Titanfall 2 is getting free DLC next week

Respawn Entertainment has announced that free DLC will be available for the game next week. The Angel City’s Most Wanted DLC includes a new game world, a new weapon, several customizations for the Titans, and some game changes.

Angel City is a game world that returns from the first Titanfall game. In addition, the Wingman Elite pistol and new Titan Kits have been announced. One new kit will be available for each Titan. For the Ion this is the Refraction Lens, Scorch gets Scorched Earth, Northstar gets Threat Optics, for Tone Burst Loader becomes available, Legion can be equipped with Hidden Compartment and Ronin can be equipped with Phase Reflex.

Other additions to the DLC include a new execution animation, a stats screen, a FAQ menu, and an in-game store. The DLC will be available on November 30 for players who pre-ordered the game. Other players can get started with the additions on December 3.

Respawn has announced that content packs that add to the game, such as weapons and game worlds, will always be free. The only DLC that the publisher charges are cosmetic changes such as weapon skins and Titans, and Prime Titans. These Titans work in the same way as the original Titans they are based on, but have different looks and animations.
