Tiger Lake processor with Intel Xe GPU appears in 3DMark database – update
An Intel Core i7-1185G7 has appeared in the 3DMark database. The CPU has four cores with hyperthreading and a clock speed of 3GHz. The listing also shows the performance of the integrated Intel Xe GPU in the Time Spy benchmark.
The benchmark results were found by Twitter users Tum_Apisak and _rogame. It is a Core i7-1185G7 with four cores and hyperthreading. The clock speed of the CPU is 3GHz. The tdp of the processor is not yet known. The process that the CPU uses is also not mentioned in the benchmark, but Intel has previously announced that the Tiger Lake series is made with a 10nm + process.
The CPU achieved a CPU score of 2922 in the 3DMark Time Spy benchmark. The score achieved by the integrated Intel Xe GPU is, according to Tum_Apisak, with 1296 slightly faster than the GPU of a Ryzen 7 4800U, which would have a score of 1227. fetch. In an earlier 3DMark Time Spy listing, also by _rogame is shared, the CPU score of the AMD Ryzen 7 4800U with 6061 is considerably higher than that of the Core i7-1185G7. The GPU score is lower in that result with 1045.
Earlier, a Tiger Lake-U CPU appeared in the SiSoftware database, although the exact sku of this chip was not mentioned. Intel is expected to release the Tiger Lake CPUs later this year.
Update, 15:44: Twitter user _rogame has previously shared benchmark results from a Ryzen 7 4800U. These have now also been incorporated into the article.
