Third Assassin’s Creed Unity patch partially fixes framerate issues
Ubisoft will roll out the third patch for Assassin’s Creed Unity starting Wednesday. The PlayStation 4 will be discussed first and the Xbox One and PC will follow later this week. The patch should fix some specific framerate issues, but others remain unsolved.
The third patch of Assassin’s Creed Unity contains more than 300 fixes, Ubisoft writes on its forum. Players would experience fewer framerate issues in Assassin’s Creed Unity in certain cases. It deals with specific situations, such as the moment when the player is in the Sainte Chapelle or climbs on a building of the Palais de Justice. Ubisoft says a patch is coming to address other framerate issues.
The purpose of the third patch is mainly to fix bugs that hinder or disrupt the progress of the game. This concerns, for example, crashes, situations where the character gets stuck, matchmaking problems and adjustments to missions.
The patch will be available for PlayStation 4 users on Wednesday. Gamers playing on Xbox One or PC can expect the patch from Ubisoft later this week.
