Test version Windows 11 includes option to remove default apps
Microsoft has released a test version of Windows 11 that makes it possible to remove some default apps from the operating system. It is not clear whether this option will also make it into the next version of Windows 11 update.
Users of Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 23585 will have the option to remove the Camera, Photos, and People apps. The Cortana and Remote Desktop apps will according to Microsoft can also be removed. Microsoft has also added HDR support to the Snip program through this preview build. This would give the app better color reproduction when using screens with HDR support.
