Telltale Games is working on a game based on the hit Netflix series Stranger Things, which will be released for consoles and PC. In addition, the studio is working on an interactive Minecraft: Story Mode series, which will be broadcast on Netflix.

Telltale Games confirmed to be working on the Stranger Things game after TechRadar wrote about it. The studio did not provide further details about the game. According to a TechRadar source, the game was originally supposed to be released at the time of Season 2 of Stranger Things, but the release was delayed. It would be a similar game to Telltale’s Game of Thrones, with existing characters from the series and new characters created by the game studio.

In addition, Netflix is reporting that a five-part Telltale interactive series based on Minecraft: Story Mode will be released in the fall. Netflix doesn’t stress entering the gaming market, as Techradar suggested. It is a video series in which the viewer can influence the course of the story by making simple choices. Netflix already offers several such interactive videos, such as Puss in Book: Trapped in an Epic Tale.
