Tele2 has been struggling with a malfunction on the telephone network since Friday afternoon. Faults occur on both the landline and the mobile phone. It is not yet clear what is causing the problems.

From posts posted on social media, it appears that the complaints started sometime in the afternoon on Friday. Tele2 has now also confirmed that there is a malfunction. According to the telecom provider, customers may experience problems setting up a phone call, both on the landline and via mobile connections. Incidentally, not all customers seem to be experiencing the problems.

Tele2 states that its technicians have already started to solve the problems. However, it is not clear what causes the problems. The telecom provider also does not indicate when it expects to have solved the problems.
