Tactical RPG Marvel’s Midnight Suns from XCOM makers will be released on October 7

2K Games releases Marvel’s Midnight Suns on October 7 for PC and consoles. The game was created by the XCOM team at Firaxis Games. New characters are revealed in a new trailer, including Spider-Man and Scarlet Witch.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns was announced last year and was supposed to be released on March 22 this year, but it was pushed back to the second half of the year. Now the final release date has been revealed in a new trailer.

The trailer contains only cinematic footage and no gameplay. Last year in September, gameplay footage of the game was already shown. The tactical RPG is coming to current and previous generation PlayStation and Xbox consoles, to Steam and the Epic Games Store.

Previous announcements also mentioned a Nintendo Switch version, but it is not mentioned with the platforms where the game will be released on October 7. It is not yet clear whether the Switch version has been scrapped or whether it will be released at a different time.
