Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released in March 2023
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released in March 2023, according to famous Giant Bomb insider Jeff Grubb. Survivor is a sequel to the 2020 Jedi: Fallen Order and is planned for PC, Xbox Series consoles and PlayStation 5.
Jeff Grubb shares the information about Jedi: Survivor on Twitter. The insider does so following an announcement on the Star Wars website. LucasFilm announced last week that the company will close on March 7, 2023 release a new book in the Jedi series set between the events of Fallen Order and Survivor. According to Grubb, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be released in the same month. Jeff Grubb often shares accurate information about EA games early and already shared some correct details about Jedi: Survivor a few months before the announcement.
There have been rumors of a possible release of Jedi: Survivor in March for some time now. An entry in the PlayStation Store database already referred to that in July. However, EA itself has not yet confirmed the release date and CEO Andrew Wilson recently tried to water down the rumors in a shareholder conference call, writes GamesRadar. EA previously said it would launch in the first quarter of 2023 release a game based on a major franchise.
Jedi: Survivor was announced earlier this year as a sequel to 2019’s Jedi: Fallen Order. The game again follows protagonist Cal Kestis and takes place five years after the events of the original. The game is being remade by Respawn Entertainment, an EA subsidiary known for Titanfall and Apex Legends. The game will be released for Xbox Series X and S, PlayStation 5, and PC.
