Star Trek: Bridge Crew Gets The Next Generation DLC

Ubisoft announces that Star Trek: Bridge Crew is getting new DLC for The Next Generation. This allows players to enter the bridge of the Enterprise NCC-1701D and battle the Borg and Romulans.

The paid DLC brings the Enterprise NCC-1701D from The Next Generation to Star Trek: Bridge Crew. On the bridge, players can control the spaceship’s LCARS system and they wear the uniforms worn by the crew in the TV series.

In addition, there is a new function, Operations, which focuses on coordinating the crew. Furthermore, the DLC brings two new Ongoing Voyages: Resistance and Patrol. In the Patrol mission, players can freely traverse the galaxy while responding to distress calls. At Resistance, the Enterprise is being chased by a Borg Cube. Also, a Planet Killer with antiproton beam is not missing.

Star Trek: Bridge Crew – The Next Generation is out May 22 for PlayStation VR and PS4. The version for HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality will follow on July 21.
