Spotify launches desktop app beta for Windows Arm version
Spotify has launched a beta version of its desktop app for the Arm version of Windows. The company reports that some video podcasts cannot be played via the app for the time being. It is not clear when the official release of the app will follow.
Users who want to use the Arm version of the app to watch video podcasts can still do so by clicking the share icon in the app and then copying the provided link into the browser. There you can listen to video recordings of podcasts, said one of the developers on the company’s support pages.
Users who want to install the beta version will need to put the usual version of Spotify on their PC before they can successfully install the beta. The Arm beta is also offered on that page and is version number 1.1.86.857 at the time of writing.
