Sony Xperia 10 II gets support for the 64-bit version Sailfish X
Jolla will ‘soon’ release Sailfish OS for the Sony Xperia 10 II. This makes this smartphone the first to officially receive support for the 64-bit version of the operating system. Sailfish X is offered as both a free and paid variant.
Jolla does not mention a concrete release date, only that it is ‘imminent’. The Xperia 10 II will be introduced with the next Sailfish OS update. Users can then install a free trial version or the paid version. The paid version gives users software updates, customer service and support for Android apps, Microsoft Exchange and word suggestions. Jolla does not mention a price, with previous Sony Xperia phones, Sailfish X costs fifty euros once.
