Sony will bundle white PS4 with Destiny on September 9

Sony has announced a bundle of a white PS4 with the game Destiny, which should be released on September 9. An open beta of Destiny will be coming to PS3 and PS4 on July 17. The Xbox One version of the game will have a higher resolution.

On the day of Destiny’s release, the white PS4 bundle with the game should appear. The bundle also includes a PlayStation Plus subscription for one month. Before the release date, owners of a PlayStation 3 or PlaySation 4 can get started with the beta of the game from Bungie; which begins on July 17. The Alpha Test for PS4 gamers will begin on Thursday, June 12, and will run until June 15.

Not only Sony had Destiny news. Microsoft announced at E3 2014 that the game will run in a higher resolution than originally intended. That would be possible because of the update that Microsoft announced last week, which will give developers access to ten percent more GPU bandwidth. “Bungie is going to use the June SDK update and they are going to increase Destiny’s resolution based on this change,” Xbox figurehead Larry “Major Nelson” Hryb told Total Xbox.
