Sony announces turntable with bluetooth connectivity

Sony has announced a turntable with bluetooth connectivity at the CES fair. The device allows you to listen to vinyl through wireless headphones or bluetooth speaker.

The PS-LX310BT can be easily connected to a wireless speaker or headphones via the special Bluetooth button. It is also possible to connect the turntable by wire. A built-in phono preamp is provided for amplifiers that can only be connected at line level.

To prevent resonance, Sony has provided the arm with a so-called round head shell and a sturdy dust cover. Buttons for starting, stopping and pairing external devices are of course also present. The PS-LX310BT will be available in the Benelux from April 2019. Sony has not yet announced a price.
