Sony accidentally releases image of Xperia Z4 Tablet via app

Sony has revealed the arrival of the Xperia Z4 Tablet through its Xperia Lounge app. The image and information were quickly removed. The design resembles that of Sony’s Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact.

The tablet briefly appeared with the Xperia Lounge app in combination with an image, Xperiablog noted. Sony did not provide details about the specifications, but the manufacturer did report the presence of a ‘2k screen’, ‘the latest ultra-fast processor’ and ‘industry leading battery life’.

In addition, a date of March 3 was mentioned. The release was already expected at the telecom fair MWC 2015 in Barcelona; it will take place next week. The design of the tablet resembles that of the Xperia Z3 Compact, which would give the Z4 a 10 “screen.
