Sonos is investigating reports of users who can’t turn off their alarms

Since Friday, several Sonos users have reported that they can no longer turn off their alarm clocks after they have gone off. Sonos says it is aware of the problem and is working on a solution.

In a post on the Sonos forum, an employee says that the temporary solution to the problem is to delete all alarm clocks created in the Sonos app. Although several users report the problem, it is unclear exactly how many people are affected by the phenomenon.

The employee reports that the message will be updated as soon as more information is available. At the time of writing, it is still unclear what the exact cause of the problem is. Several users say that the app starts the alarms created for Saturday and Sunday, so there may be a connection with the date.
