YUMI, which stands for Your Universal Multiboot Installer, has arrived at version 0.0.7.7. The latest version has gained support for a number of additional Linux distributions including Precise Puppy, PinguyOS, and Pear Linux.

YUMI is a Windows program that allows the installation ISOs of a large number of Linux distributions to be placed on a USB stick, but also from a Windows installation, antivirus rescue CD or other tool. As a result, they no longer have to be burned to a CD or DVD first, but the installation can be performed from the self-starting USB stick. The beauty of this program is that extra isos can be added, which end up as choices in the boot menu.
