YUMI, which stands for Your Universal Multiboot Installer, has arrived at version 0.0.6.6. YUMI is a Windows program that allows the installation ISOs of a large number of Linux distributions, but also of a Windows installation, antivirus rescue CD or other tool, to be placed on a USB stick. As a result, they no longer have to be burned to a CD or DVD first, but the installation can be performed from the self-starting USB stick. The beauty of this program is that extra isos can be added, which end up as choices in the boot menu. Since version 0.0.6.2, the following changes and improvements have been made:

Changes in version 0.0.6.6:

  • Added Ubuntu 12.10 DailyBuild.
  • Removed Internal Format Option (not necessary).
  • Fix Linux Mint 13 Cinnamon removal bug.

Changes in version 0.0.6.5:

  • Added Peppermint Three, KXStudio 12.04, Linux Mint 13 KDE + XFCE entries.
  • Fixed Debian 6.04 XFCE entry.

Changes in version 0.0.6.4:

  • Added Semplice, and Ophcrack no tables entry.
  • Update to support Knoppix 6.7.1 CD.
  • Fix Liberte config to support multiple revisions.
  • Fix Tinycore boot issue.

Changes in version 0.0.6.3:

  • Update to support TAILS 0.12, and Liberte 2012.2.
  • Correct missing .cfg issue with OpenSUSE.
