Download Xfce 4.2.4

Version 4.2.4 of Xfce was released yesterday, not to be confused with the forthcoming version 4.4, of which a release candidate was released last November. Xfce is a lightweight desktop environment for Unix-like operating systems and focuses on speed without compromising on visuals or usability. The developers have indicated that this will be the last release in the 4.2 branch and therefore only includes some improvements carried over from the current development version:

This release is supposed to be the last release for the 4.2 series before the launch of the new Xfce 4.4. It includes several fixes ported from the current development branch.[break] Click for a larger version.
