Download WSUS Offline Update 10.1.0

Version 10.1 of WSUS Offline Update has been released. This program makes it possible to provide Windows computers that have no or a slow internet connection with the latest updates from Microsoft.

Simply checking one or more operating systems, office suites and languages ​​will download all available updates from Microsoft’s ftp server. When the updates are in, an ISO file is optionally made per language or per operating system. Other computers can then be updated quickly and easily via a CD or DVD.

Since version 10.0 there is also support for Windows 10 and Server 2016. Since version 10.0.1, the following adjustments have also been made:

Modifications in version 10.1

• Speeded up determination of missing updates on Windows Vista, 7 and Server 2008(R2) (x86/x64) systems by installing kb3078601 (MS15-080) as a prerequisite
• Moved Windows Vista and 8 to UpdateGenerator’s legacy products’ tab
• Fix: Excluded obsolete patches for .NET Framework versions 1.1, 2.0 and 3.0
• Fix: Replaced superseded Office 2007 Security Update kb2760415 (MS13-091) by kb3054987 (MS15-099)

Modifications in version 10.0.2

• Integrated September 2015 cumulative update for Windows 10 (kb3081455) and prerequisite compatibility update (kb3081452)
• Blacklisted superseded August 2015 cumulative updates for Windows 10 (kb3081444 and kb3081448)
• Fix: DownloadUpdates.cmd script did not delete NTFS alternate data streams from new script files
