Download WirelessMon 2.0 build 1002

Passmark just released version 2.0 build 1002 of WirelessMon. With this program, the status of the wireless network card and the access points within its range can be monitored. For example, it is possible to see whether the network has been configured correctly, whether all components are working properly, whether the access points are secured and what the throughput speeds of the network are. It can also assist in locating the antenna when directional antennas are used, and can help detect interference or other problems. The changelog of this release shows the following changes:

• Fixed a bug with non-english versions of Windows being unable to load network card performance counters correctly.
• Added a new warning message when the gdiplus.dll is detected as missing and now opens a link to the Microsoft download page.
• Fixed a bug where columns in the summary tab list view could disappear.
