WinRAR is a useful program for compression and decompression of files. Version 3.30 beta 2 has recently been released which fixes two bugs and adds two improvements. The changelog therefore looks like this:

Fixed a bug in the ISO format support in beta 1. While extracting multiple files from an ISO archive at once, beta 1 sometimes skipped some of them.

The “Rename” command in WinRAR will no longer allow an empty name to be specified as the new file name.

The command “Check archive for viruses” is now able to recognize more antivirus programs.

The “Generate Report” command adds the report creation date to the title of HTML reports.
