Dunes MultiMedia has released version 8.4.0.0 of WinNc. This file manager is, as the name suggests, a clone of the time-honored Norton Commander. It can be used as an alternative to Windows Explorer and has to compete with programs like Total Commander, Altap Salamander and Directory Opus. A license now costs three tens with the summer discount. Since version 8.3.0.0, the following improvements have been made:
