Download Wine 3.13
A new development build of Wine has been released with version number 3.13. Wine is an open source implementation of the Windows API and allows you to run DOS and Windows programs on Linux, FreeBSD, and Solaris. A large group of developers contribute to Wine and it has been decided to release a new so-called development version every two weeks instead of waiting for a number of new functions to be ready. A stable edition is published a few times a year. The database with applications that work under Wine, with or without the help of minor adjustments, contains 25,662 titles at the time of writing. - Vulkan support on macOS using MoltenVK.
- Initial support for performance data in the registry.
- Mono engine updated with some bug fixes.
- Support for fetching BIOS information on Linux.
- GnuTLS also used on macOS when available.
- Improvements in the standard Task Dialog.
- Various bug fixes.
What’s new in release 3.12:
- Unicode data updated to Unicode 11.0.0.
- Proxy configuration dialog in the Internet control panel.
- Syntax fixes in the Cmd.exe command interpreter.
- Some more glyphs in the Wingdings font.
- Various bug fixes.
