Download Wine 0.9.16
Yesterday version 0.9.16 of Wine was released. This project was originally started with the intention of running Windows programs on other operating systems and has now developed an extensive feature set. This program, which now runs on the Linux, FreeBSD and Solaris operating systems, is an open source implementation of Microsoft’s Win32 Application Programming Interfaces (API). - More work on Direct3D shaders.
- Major DirectDraw rewrite on top of Direct3D.
- Support for debug information in Dwarf format.
- Beginnings of an OleView Winelib application.
- Lots of bug fixes.
