Download WhyNotWin11 2.4.1
On October 5, Microsoft will release Windows 11. The new Windows has certain system requirements and Microsoft had made available an unclear tool that indicated whether the computer met them or not, but has since taken it offline to improve it. Developer Robert C. Maehl has created a program called WhyNotWin11 that makes all this much more insightful. WhyNotWin11 is open source and a single executable, so no installation is required. By the way, be careful with the WhyNotWin11.com website, it is not from the maker himself. Below is the changelog of version 2.4.1:
2.4.1 comes with the following changes:
- Updated Supported AMD Processors
- Updated Supported Intel Processors
- Removed Clean Install Upgrade Note (Thanks Microsoft)
