Download WebShifter 2.10

There are many programs that allow watching and recording TV programs. But often it is not possible to do that at a later time, just like the timer function on a VCR. WebShifter was created to add this timer function to the ShowShifter program. Today, it supports multiple programs, such as WinTV 2000, ChrisTV and Virtual VCR. WebShifter version 2.10 was recently released and its changelog shows the following changes:

Changes since 2.04:

• Multi channel TV guide
• Define channel groups (click Setup in the guide)
• Schedule multiple programs at once from the guide
• When scheduling multiple consecutive programs the prepadding and postpadding time will automatically be only partially applied (or not at all) to prevent conflicts
• When scheduling or editing a single recording, the local PC time is displayed
• Schedule multiple programs at once from the search results
• Added default configuration settings for DVBsVCR2 (more info†
• The color skins and templates are extended with alternating row background colors (which makes lists look nicer)
• XMLtvList is extended to import program data from the MyTheatre EPG database into WebShifter
• Run XMLtvList.exe in the WebShifter directory for usage info
• Fixed several memory leaks (a few small ones and one major leak)
• Fixed a bug in the file manager when deleting files with ‘ in the filename
• Fixed a bug using ChrisTV when the start time is before midnight and the end time of a recording is after midnight
