Download Web Tracks 2017 9.41

Web Tracks is the continuation of Mouse Tracks, a Windows application with which a helpdesk and goods management administration can be set up. Web Tracks now does this as a web application on a Windows server with IIS. For example, help desk tickets with the associated resolution times and different work groups can be kept up to date, computer inventories can be made including an overview of the available software licenses and various relationships can be established between all components for generating reports. For an overview of the different editions and their options, we refer to this page. The developers of Gritware have released Web Tracks 2017 9.41 with the following changes:

Bug fixes

• PDF graph exports are now rendered to a single page.
• AutoDeliverReportsAndGraphs Web Service — fixed bug that can cause a report or graph to only be delivered one time even when it’s scheduled to repeat.
• Fixed bug where software version numbers would sometimes be formatted as date values.

Upgrade notes
This is a minor update — a new registration key is not needed if you are currently running version 9.4.0. If you are upgrading from an older version and your maintenance is current please send an email to support@gritware.com to request updated keys (include the company name to which the product is registered).
