VMware has released version 8.0 of Fusion. Fusion is to OS X what Workstation and Player are to Windows and Linux. The program makes it possible to create virtual machines on an OS X machine equipped with an Intel processor. In this way it is possible, for example, to run Windows, Linux or Solaris alongside the existing operating system. In version 8.0, support for Windows 10, OS X El Capitan and various Linux distributions has been added. Furthermore, entering and exiting the sleep mode is faster and USB 3.0 can now also be used under Windows 7. The complete changelog looks like this:
