Download vLite 1.0 beta

Version 1.0 beta of vLite has just been released. With this program it is possible to customize a Windows Vista installation DVD to your own taste. For example, components that will not be used can be removed, drivers and patches can be added and you can already apply some tweaks and give settings that you intend to make afterwards. The result is a shorter installation time and a smoother running Windows Vista. The following changes and improvements have been made in this release:

Fixed:

• Language removal (CMD window delay)
• Windows Mail (change user membership)

Removed:

• Segoe font tweak
• WCF and XPS components (will be .NET3 later)
