Download VisualHub 1.1.9

The VisualHub program can be seen as a further development of iSquint with which you can easily convert all kinds of video material on the Mac OS X platform to, for example, the video format for the iPod, PSP, Wii and Tivo. The program supports Xgrid with which you can distribute the encoding of the video material over the connected Macs. For more information, we refer you to this page and this manual in pdf. The developer has released version 1.1.9 with the following list of changes:

• Major increase to H.264 encoding speed on multi-processor Macs! Give your G5 Quad or MacPro a workout.
• Big increase in scaling quality on Intel Macs!
• Check for new sample files.
• Fixes to decoding on some MPEG-2 sources (lines and half-grey frames).
• Fixes to aspect detection on EyeTV packages.
• Re-fixed aspect ratio detection for a couple of weird DVDs.
• More reliable DVD-Audio selection.
• Fewer absurd decimals.
