With the Vispa program it is possible to disable a number of options in Windows Vista that could pose a possible security problem. These include rpc/dcom and LMHash which are enabled by default. In addition, it should also improve the performance of Windows. For Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 a separate version is being developed under the name Xpy. The developer has released version 0.2.9 of Vispa with the following list of changes:
