VariCAD, as the name suggests, is a cad application that mainly focuses on mechanical engineering designs in both 2d and 3d. In addition to drafting and modeling capabilities, VariCAD also includes a number of libraries of standard mechanical parts such as nuts, screws, gaskets and bearings according to ansi and din specifications. New VariCAD 2009 2.0 Released

Just e few months after the launch of VariCAD 2009 1.0 , a new major version with support for parameters and geometric constraints, there is a new release: VariCAD 2009.2.0. The latest version features a number of new enhancements, including:

• parameters for angles within a Boolean tree
